Llama Naturals is a supplement brand that makes organic gummy vitamins with real fruits and vegetables. We partnered with them to redesign their website to be a trusted, high-performing experience.

Goal

Positioning Llama Naturals for Long-Term DTC Growth

As Llama Naturals continued to grow beyond Amazon, the goal was to turn their Shopify site into a primary destination for the brand. The focus was on increasing DTC conversion and subscriptions by clearly communicating product benefits amd ensure trust is established with users.

Outcome

A DTC Experience That Earns Trust and Drives Action

Facing a saturated market that could be overwhelming for users, the redesigned experience positions Llama Naturals as a credible brand by pairing clear, compelling product education with strong social proof. By simplifying the path to purchase, emphasizing subscriptions, and highlighting real customer reviews, the site helps build confidence, drive conversion, and support long-term growth.

We started with wireframes that clarified site structure and content hierarchy, setting a strong foundation for product education, trust-building, and conversion.

We worked with Llama Naturals to transform their site into a more brand-forward wellness destination, designed to strengthen education, build trust, and drive DTC growth.

To support confident decision-making, we wove educational content throughout the site to clearly communicate product benefits and usage, including comparison tools on product pages that show how Llama Naturals stands apart in a crowded supplement space.

With both kids and adults in mind, we designed audience-specific product pages that address distinct needs through tailored messaging, clear education, and relevant proof points to support confident purchasing.

To increase AOV and provide flexibility for families, we introduced a custom bundle builder that lets customers mix and match vitamins for kids and adults in a single purchase.

With subscriptions being a key portion of the brand's revenue stream, we refined the subscription experience to support long-term value, layered in dynamic upsells to lift average order value, and introduced bundles that make it easy to buy more while saving more.

To strengthen credibility, we surfaced reviews and testimonials throughout the site and integrated UGC testimonials, reinforcing trust through real customer voices.
