Sweet Loren’s is a baked goods brand transforming everyday baking with with simple, clean ingredients. We worked with Sweet Loren's to refresh their digital presence and continued providing support as they grew and evolved.

Goal
Elevating Sweet Loren’s Brand Through Education and Discovery
Educate customers on clean ingredients and dietary benefits while making it easy to discover products, understand what sets them apart, and confidently shop. Their new site needed to support both brand storytelling and conversion as Sweet Loren’s grew.

We began the project by mapping wireframes for key pages, defining the site’s structure, user flow, and storytelling foundation before moving into design.

We set out to balance product storytelling with transparent ingredient education, creating moments that invite discovery while reinforcing Sweet Loren’s commitment to simple, feel-good ingredients customers can trust.
We reimagined Sweet Loren’s high-traffic recipe blog as an engaging content hub, making it easier to explore recipes by occasion, product, and course while encouraging deeper engagement and repeat visits.
We created a dedicated ingredient page that brings Sweet Loren’s thoughtful ingredient choices to the forefront, reinforcing trust and transparency behind every product.

We built personalized email journeys, including a welcome flow that introduces Sweet Loren’s founder story while highlighting product benefits and brand values.

In 2025, Sweet Loren's underwent a bold brand refresh and expanded their categories. We brought their new identity to life across the site and enhance key pages.

We brought Sweet Loren’s limited-edition collaborations to life with custom site graphics and launch modules for Barbie™ and Hello Kitty®, building excitement, driving retail discovery, and amplifying brand impact around each drop.
